The Sectoral Human Resources Monitoring Committee (CSARH) is responsible for proposing policies and actions related to human resources in collaboration with the heads and management of the FE (Faculty of Education). In addition, it coordinates the annual employee performance evaluation process and suggests activities to improve processes, as well as work procedures.
