The Institutional Communication Area is responsible for the following activities:
- Strategic support to the FE Management.
- Agenda alignment with the Executive Secretariat of Communication (SEC) of Unicamp.
- Partnerships with other Unicamp departments and units.
- Press office and media relations.
- Management of the institutional identity of the Faculty of Education.
- Promotion of actions aimed at organizational culture, in accordance with FE values.
- Promotion of policies aimed at communication accessibility.
- Disclosure of relevant FE actions and productions.
- Production and management of content for the FE portal and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Preparation of institutional materials, such as newsletters, visual models, videos and manuals.

- How to propose an agenda? Send the main information: theme, objective, target audience, date, location and institutional relevance.

- Send by Wednesday of each week for service the following week;
- To send content already predefined in the planning, the deadline is 3 business days in advance;
- To request new demands, it is recommended to submit at least 10 days in advance.
- Content types: social media, institutional website, newsletters and internal communication.
- Prioritization criteria: Demands are organized according to the institutional agenda, academic relevance, and impact on the community, respecting the team's availability and workload.

- Only events registered by the team Extension, Events and Special Projects will be published on social media and on the FE Portal.
- Individual or commercial promotional content will not be authorized.
