How to merge PDF

With PDFill

In PDFill, you can merge multiple PDF files into a single document. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Step 1: Open PDFill PDF Tools (Free).

Step 2: Click on the “1. Merge PDF Files".

Step 3: Import the PDF files and arrange the order of the files. Click the “Add a PDF File" or "Add PDF Files under a Folder” to add the PDF files you want to merge. You can select multiple files by holding down the Ctrl(do not Windows) or Command(do not Mac) while clicking on each file. After importing the files, they will be displayed in the PDFill list. Make sure they are in the correct order. If you want to arrange them, you can click on the file and press the “Move Up”, to move up your position on the list, or “Move down”, to go down.

Step 4: Save the combined PDF file. After the merging process is complete, PDFill will create a new PDF file that contains all the combined documents. You can now save the file by clicking “Save As”. Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file and provide a name for it.

You can also add “Even“(pair) or “odds“(odd) (e.g. 1-10Even). You can list the same page numbers or ranges more than once. You can also list the same PDF document more than once.”
