Undergraduate students who are interested in developing academic research must first choose a topic that sparks questions, curiosity and passion.
Once you have found this topic, it is time to find a teacher who can be the advisor for your Scientific Initiation project.
The Faculty of Education has almost one hundred professors, who carry out research in ten different areas:

Once the topic and the supervising professor have been chosen and the student has accepted the request, two funding agencies are available to the student to apply for an IC scholarship:

Unicamp also has the Voluntary IC Program, coordinated by the Pro-Rectory of Research – PRP, and aims to recognize and certify Scientific Initiation projects that do not have funding.
