National Institutions
Students must first contact the institution of interest and request information about academic mobility with Unicamp. The following institutions have an academic mobility agreement with Unicamp:
The student continues to be a regular student at Unicamp and takes courses, as a special student, at these institutions, if accepted.
After the subjects have been completed and approved, the student requests that the studies be used for Unicamp subjects, as long as they are within the maximum limit of 25% of the total course credits.
Students enrolled from the 2nd year onwards and after having completed at least 20% of the credits can participate in the exchange.
Foreign Institutions
A DERI – International Relations Executive Board is the body responsible, at Unicamp, for exchanges, whether of students, teachers and/or employees.
On DERI's page: http://www.internationaloffice.unicamp.br (click on the 'students' tab)
The student will find the notices, procedures, forms that must be filled out and all the procedures for applying for the exchange vacancy.
Pay attention to the notices and deadlines. Don't leave your registration until the last few days!!!! You may miss the deadline due to lack of signature.
After completing the exchange program, the student requests that the subjects studied abroad be combined with those of his/her course at Unicamp. The entire procedure for this request is also available on the DERI website.
