SELECTION PROCESS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
Academic Master's and Doctorate

This selection process is only intended for students of Doctoral Program and Academic Master's Degree of the Postgraduate Program in Education at the Faculty of Education – Unicamp.

REGISTRATION SELECTION PROCESS – PPGE 1st semester/2025
1. Mandatory completion of the SPECIFIC PPGE FORM.
1.1) Link to access the form: click here.
1.2) Upload documents separately in the form – Documents sent by email will not be accepted (check list at the end of the form to confirm the documents).
1.3) The candidate will receive a copy of his/her answers at the email address provided, which will serve as proof of registration.
2. Documents to be attached to the form:
2.1) Curriculum Lattes updated until January/2025;
2.2) Recent proof of residence (water ou light ou telephone), referring to December/2024 or January/2025;
2.3) Proof of rent ou proof of recent financing, referring to December/2024 or January/2025; if you do not have proof of rent or financing, justify the situation in a statement.
2.3.1) The declaration must be original, handwritten or typed, and signed by the interested party.
2.4) Proof of income:
a) Present pay stub, proof of social benefits and income tax from the last year (of all members of the family group*)
*Note: It is understood by family group the group of people related up to the 3rd degree of civil kinship, consanguineous or by affinity, in a straight or collateral line, who benefit from the total monthly gross family income, as long as they meet one of the following conditions:
I – for members of the family group who have their own income: their individual gross income must be declared as part of the total monthly gross family income;
II – for members of the family group who do not have their own income: the relationship of dependency must be proven by means of documents issued or recognized by official bodies. Examples: father/stepfather, mother/stepmother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, nephew/nephew, son/daughter, son-in-law/daughter-in-law, father-in-law, uncle/aunt, grandfather/grandfather, great-grandfather/grandmother.
b) If you have a spouse, present proof of your income and that of your partner and marriage/stable union certificate;
c) If you have children, present the children's birth certificate;
d) If you are single and do not live with your parents, but receive financial support from them: present proof of your income and that of your parents (pay slip, social benefits and income tax);
e) If you are single and do not live with your parents, nor receive any type of financial support: send a statement with this information.
Note: the declaration must be original, handwritten or typed, signed by the interested party);
2.5) If you receive a scholarship from another institution, submit a statement stating the scholarship period, type of scholarship, funding agency and amount;
2.6) If you do not receive a grant, submit a statement stating that you do not receive any type of grant from a development agency or similar.
2.6.1) The declaration must be original, handwritten or typed, and signed by the interested party.
2.7) Copy of work card.
2.7.1) Digital work card: present a complete copy;
2.7.2) Physical work card: present a copy of the following pages: photo, identification, last employment contract and subsequent blank page, observations in general notes, when applicable.
2.8) For new entrants: Enrollment Declaration received via email;
For veterans:
- Certificate of Enrollment e School Records of your current course: generate via SIGA-DAC;
- Letter from the supervisor regarding performance evaluation in the course;
2.9) High School transcript and certificate, only if the student attended the school entirely at a public school (municipal, state or federal), at institutions in the “S” System (Sesi, Sesc, Senac, Senai, Sebrae, etc.) or foundations with full scholarships.
2.10) If there is a serious and/or capacity-reducing illness, of a non-temporary nature, in any member of the family group (check the observation in item 2.4 a), present official medical report that proves the situation.
2.10.1) No other document will be accepted other than the official medical report.
Important:
- The candidate must be responsible for the information provided on the form because, as provided for in Article 299 of the Penal Code, Decree-Law No. 2.848/40, “omitting, in a public or private document, a statement that should be included therein, or inserting or causing to be inserted a false statement or one different from the one that should have been written, with the purpose of harming a right, creating an obligation or altering the truth about a legally relevant fact is considered a crime of Ideological Falsehood, and is subject to sanctions provided for by law”;
- Check the rules contained in Ordinance No. 034 / 2006 and Joint Ordinance CNPq/Capes No. 1/10, which establish the rules of the Academic Excellence Program (PROEX), in addition to the CNPq Normative Resolution 017/2006 and the CPG/FE Resolution 01/2024;
- Documents must be scanned in a legible format for submission;
- The Secretariat will confirm receipt of the application on 21/02/2023
- Under item III of Art. 7 of the Law No. 13.709 / 2018, the candidate, when registering in this selection process for Academic Master's or Doctorate scholarships, is aware that his/her data will be kept in an interoperable and structured format for shared use strictly for this process.
- The analysis of documents and the classification to be carried out by the PPGE/Unicamp Scholarship Committee is based on the method specified below:
Analysis method
The analysis method referred to in Article 6 of CPG Resolution No. 03/2019 includes the use of the following formula:

Being:
IC = Classification Index;
RT = Total Gross Monthly Family Income;
MR = Reduction index associated with housing expenses of the Family Group;
DG = Reduction index associated with the existence of a serious and/or capacity-reducing illness, on a non-temporary basis, in any member of the Family Group, upon presentation of a medical report and/or certificate proving the situation;
EP = Reduction index associated with the incentive for students who completed their entire secondary education in public schools, in institutions of the “S” System (Sesi, Sesc, Senac, Senai, Sebrae, etc.) or foundations with full scholarships;
CO = Reduction index associated with being a new quota holder;
GF = Number of members of the Family Group including the candidate.
