About the Postgraduate Program in Education

The Postgraduate Program in Education, which includes Master's and Doctorate courses, was recognized by the Ministry of Education, MEC Ordinance 1461/95 of November 29, 1995, and was recommended by CAPES in all its evaluations. In the evaluation of the four-year period 2017-2020, the program obtained a score of 6, being considered of Excellence.

The demand for admission to the FE/Unicamp Graduate Program has been increasing significantly. The number of Master's Dissertations and Doctoral Theses, which has been growing year after year, also attests to the effective expansion of the Program.

The masters and doctors trained by this program come from the most diverse regions of Brazil and even from abroad. The program serves many teachers from state and federal institutions, who seek it for their higher education training. With the expansion of postgraduate education in the country, many masters and doctors trained here are responsible for establishing new programs in the most diverse regions.

The Program currently has several national and international cooperation projects, which have enabled intense mobility of professors and postgraduate students between different institutions, in Brazil and abroad.
