COVID-19 VACCINE MANDATORY
In view of DELIBERATION CEPE-A-21/2021 of 07/12/2021, which provides for the mandatory presentation of proof of vaccination against Covid-19, we inform:
All regular students undergraduate, postgraduate and extension courses, must present proof of at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, as a condition for enrolling in courses.
Incoming, special and exchange students must present proof of at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine within 05 days after publication of the registration report.
This proof must be presented on the DAC website > Student > e-DAC, in the Covid-19 Vaccination field.
Extension course students must prove vaccination with their respective
extension secretariats.
Until proof of the complete vaccination schedule (single or two doses) is presented, even if enrolled, no student will be able to attend in-person activities at the University. The document presented as proof of vaccination against Covid-19 will be subject to evaluation by the University and will be submitted for analysis by Cecom, if necessary.
In cases where it is impossible to receive the vaccine for health reasons, the student must send a medical certificate to Cecom by email css@cecom.unicamp.br providing full name, CPF, RA number and indicating whether the student is a veteran, a new student, an exchange student or a special student. The certificate must explain the formal reason for the medical contraindication to the vaccine, as well as its technical and scientific basis. Cecom may request the opinion of a team of medical specialists, in order to approve or reject the justification. During this process, the student must not attend in-person activities at the University and until a favorable opinion is received, the student may not enroll in a course.
Failure to comply with the requirements of this Resolution will result in cancellation of enrollment in the courses in which they are enrolled for special students and exchange students, and in cancellation of enrollment in the courses in which they are enrolled and notification to present proof of vaccination against Covid-19 for incoming students. If the incoming student does not comply with the requirements within the new deadline granted, their enrollment at the University will be canceled, with consequent loss of their place.
All students must present proof of completion of the complete vaccination schedule by 31/03/2022, under penalty of cancellation of their enrollment at the University.
