At the request of the advisor and after analysis by the Graduate Committee – CPG, the student who had his/her enrollment canceled due to exceeded deadline for full payment may, exceptionally, enroll only once, exclusively for the defense of the dissertation, which must be done within six months after re-enrollment, provided that, cumulatively, he/she meets the following requirements:
I – have completed all credits;
II – having passed foreign language exams;
III – have passed a Qualification Exam;
IV – have completed writing the dissertation, with a certificate from the supervisor stating that all requirements have been met and that the dissertation is ready to be defended.
V – that the period between your disconnection and your reconnection in the course is not greater than 12 months as established by Resolution CPG 01/2015.
Sole paragraph – Enrollment in subjects during the regular academic period to which this entry refers is prohibited.
Reconnection for defense
The reconnection request must be sent together with the text (in PDF) of the final version of the thesis/dissertation for approval by the Graduate Committee of the Faculty of Education.
