Graduation

Graduation or degree conferral is an official act that marks the end of the undergraduate course, held on a date set by the Faculty of Education. It is a solemn, public and mandatory act, which is presided over by the Dean of the Faculty of Education.

At Unicamp, graduation ceremonies are only held for students who have completed the entire undergraduate course curriculum and passed it. Therefore, graduation ceremonies cannot be held before the release of the final results of the academic year, nor are students who have not yet completed the course allowed to participate.

For undergraduate courses at the Faculty of Education, Pedagogy and Integrated Degree in Chemistry and Physics, Graduations are traditionally held in February or March, for those completing the 2nd semester, and in August, for those completing the 1st semester.
