The selected students will receive specific information about the procedures for purchasing airline tickets and depositing the Daily Aid.

The Postgraduate Program in Education at the Faculty of Education at Unicamp informs that applications are open from January 13 to February 03, 2017, for financing daily allowance and air tickets for students to participate in events, with presentation of works, as well as fieldwork.

Events and fieldwork must have an end date by 30/04/2017, due to the end of PROAP-FE resources on this date.

Interested parties must send their requests exclusively by email, to the address educacao@unicamp.br, with the following subject: Request for financial assistance.

For internal analysis by the PPGE of each request, interested parties must present the following information, with a copy to their respective advisors:

1 – Requests for financial assistance for national or international events

  • Event Title
  • Event period
  • Event's place
  • Title of the work to be presented
  • Type of work (oral communication, poster, others)
  • Letter of invitation or letter of acceptance of the job (attach to the email if applicable)
  • Justification: present the relevance of the event for the formation and development of research
  • Airfare cost estimate
  • Estimated cost of ground transportation, food, accommodation

2 – Requests for financial assistance for field work

  • Title of the ongoing project
  • Fieldwork period
  • Location of fieldwork
  • Expected date for qualification
  • Expected date for defense
  • Number of credits already completed in the program
  • Justification: to present the relevance of fieldwork for the formation and development of research
  • Airfare cost estimate
  • Estimated cost of ground transportation, food, accommodation

A special committee appointed by the CPG will analyze the requests according to the resources available in PROAP-FE.

The final selection result will be announced on February 06, 2017, on the website of the Unicamp Postgraduate Program in Education: http://www.posgrad.fe.unicamp.br/

After the final result is announced, the selected students will receive specific guidance on deadlines and mandatory documents for payment of the daily allowance and air tickets.
