This weekend (from today until November 30th), Campinas will host the IV Congress on Accessibility and Cultural Diversity, which this year will also include activities based in Unicamp Faculty of EducationThe event, which is completely free and organized by Thematic Chamber Inclusion in DiversityIt will take place in a hybrid format, with live broadcasts and accessibility features at all stages.

The official congress agenda began at 9:00 AM with an online opening led by members of the Thematic Chamber. At 10:00 AM, the highlight of the morning was the lecture. "Culture of Access", given by Wanderley Montanholi in the Main Hall of the Faculty of Education at Unicamp (FE), with live streaming on social media. In the afternoon, the public followed the Roundtable discussion on "Defiant Literature", bringing together writers, teachers and researchers who address narratives, intellectual production and representation of people with disabilities.
Closing the first day, the following will take place. Opening Cocktail Reception and Diversity ShowcaseFrom 19 pm to 22 pm, in the Toninhos Room, with artistic performances by Bia Paia, Slam Mãoxplot, and a show by Quixote. The full program continues throughout the weekend, reinforcing the congress's commitment to promoting inclusion, accessible culture, and dialogue between different expressions and identities.
The program had begun with a preliminary activity: the Workshop on Cultural Accessibility and the Creation of Accessible Events, in day 17 NovemberFrom 9 am to 12 pm, at CEPROCAMP. The event, which is free and includes a certificate, opens discussions on inclusive practices in cultural production.
The Administrative and Distance Learning teams at FE-Unicamp contributed to the event's success at the Unit. Giovanna Romaro, FE's Communication project manager, is participating in this initiative.
