To register for the Selection Process, access the address below and follow the steps below:
1) If you don't have an account yet, go to the address and select the option CREATE NEW ACCOUNT:
- Follow the instructions, providing an email address and username.
- Within a few minutes, you will receive a message at the email address provided with a new link to CREATING YOUR PASSWORD.
- Access the link provided in the email and create a password that meets the minimum security requirements, as per the instructions provided.
- After saving your password, click on the option PROCESSES, in the top bar (see image below) and then select the selection process.
2) If you already have an account in the FE system (for example, if you registered as a special student or are already a FE student):
- access the address above and use your previously registered login and password to access the system:
- After logging in, click on the option PROCESSES, in the top bar (see image below) and then select the selection process.

3) When starting your application for the Selection Process, select the Research Line and the Research Group for which you wish to apply. The selected research group must belong to the chosen Research Line.
Fill in the requested fields and upload the documents, following the system instructions. To replace a document, click on the “Remove” option and upload the other file. Only the last file uploaded will be saved.

You will have the option to send up to 3 of your publications that you consider most relevant, using the “Add new publication” button. After filling in the fields and uploading the publication, click on the “Create publication” button. It is NOT mandatory to send publications.
If you wish to opt for the quota system, you must inform this option on the registration form and upload the documents required in the notice, in the corresponding field.
When you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. In addition, you will receive an email notification whenever you make any changes to your registration. Your registration can be changed at any time during the registration period using the “Edit” button (see image below). Only the last successful change made will be saved.
