The works to be presented will have the format of video poster and must be related to the Aesthetic Education, Art Education, Somatic Education and Physical Education.

Works that will be accepted: documentaries reporting researches and academic or artistic experiences as well as art videos.

All the video posters will be presented in just one day, organized by thematic sessions.

For the registration, a form has to be filled and the registration fee has to be paid following the directions in this website. See "Registration" item.

For the registration just a summary with maximum 250 words must to be sent following the rules bellow:

• Title (in Portuguese, Spanish and English): in capital letters, centralized;
  
  
• The name(s) of the author(s) has(have) to be two lines below the title, followed by the title(s) and the institution(s) they belong to, on the right;
  
  
• Abstract in Portuguese or Spanish and English (obligatory), with a maximum of 250 (two hundred and fifty) words, in italic, two lines below the name(s) of the author(s).
  
  
• Abstract in English (two hundred and fifty) words in italic, two lines below the abstract in Portuguese or Spanish.
  
  
• Formatting: sheet A4, with 2.5 cm upper, lower, and right borders, and 3 cm left border;
  
  
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing: 1.5 lines;
  
  
• The work has to be sent in the format "Word Document" of Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows (or superior);
  
  
• Maximum size: 500Kb;
  
  
• At the end of the text, the author(s) has (have) to include the complete name, address and e-mail address.
  

The submission of a work for the congress must include an authorization to the publication of the work/text and image. The author(s) is/are responsible for the “release” of each person who appears in the videos.

After the selection, by the Scientific Committee, the works accepted must send a copy of the video on DVD (duration 3 to 5 minutes), including the names of the authors, institution and credits.

After receiving the acceptance letter, if the author wants to publish the complete text about the work, he or she should follow the directions below.

Complete text: the text should have from 4 (minimum) and 7 (maximum) pages, including the bibliography and the footnotes.

The abstracts and the complete texts will be published in the Annals of the meeting.

The videos will be published on DVD.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• At least one of the authors of the work must be registered in the Congress so that the work is reviewed by the Congress Committee.
  
  
• Only videos that follow rigorously the rules for the submission of works will be reviewed by the Committee.
  
  
• At least one of the authors has to be present during the projection of the video. After the projection of the videos on August 25th, the videos will be on show for the duration of the Congress in a special "Room of Images".
